Target has a new design partner

Target is partnering with Dwell Magazine to bring another line of modern home goods to market. 

The Modern by Dwell Magazine collection features more than 120 items, including furniture, decor, tabletop and home accessories separated into indoor and outdoor collections. 

“Many of our guests have told us they want to add a modern aesthetic into their environment, but they want it to be easy and, just as important, affordable," said Mark Tritton, executive vice president and chief merchandising officer at Target. "That’s a challenge we were happy to accept. With our friends at Dwell Magazine, we’ve created a line that captures modernism beautifully. The collection is a great complement to our current assortment – it’s stylish, high quality and the prices are great. I know our guests are going to love it."

Target has released a range of new collections along these lines, including the Cat & Jack children's brand designed by kids for kids.

As with kids, home is a key category of focus for Target. 

The collection won't be available until after the holidays, with a planned release on Dec. 27 at select stores and online. Prices will range from $49.99 to $399.99 for furniture and $16.99 to $99.99 for decor, tabletop and home accessories.
