SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ebates Inc., the owner and operator of the world's most rewarding shopping programs, today announced the appointment of Yen Lee as Senior Vice President Corporate Development. Most recently Lee served as co-founder and CEO of Uptake, a travel research website. There he developed the company's go-to-market strategy and led corporate development initiatives that established Uptake as America's third largest travel research website and resulted in a strategic acquisition by Groupon. At Ebates, Lee will support the brand's ongoing growth through the development of strategic partnerships and other special projects.

Search & Marketplace. Lee's previous roles also include Executive Vice President of Business Development and Product Marketing at WorldRes, and Director of Operations at CitySearch.
