Walmart sues Puerto Rico over taxes

Walmart has filed a lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to overturn some new tax laws the retailer claims are discriminatory and violate federal law. Walmart is the largest private employer in Puerto Rico and a new tax would raise the company's estimated income tax to "an astonishing and unsustainable 91.5 percent of its net income." Story
