Walmart needs to transform its grocery department

Grocery account for 56 percent of all sales at Walmart. However, the division has been going through a rough patch due to poor customer satisfaction and slow comparable sales growth. Analysts believe Walmart needs to improve the customer shopping experience, instead of just low pricing, if it wants to win back consumer support. Story
