Walmart forced to remove "Made in the U.S.A" logos

Walmart has removed the "Made in the U.S.A" logo from its website, after an inquiry by the Federal Trade Commission.

The FTC said it will not pursue action against the retailer as long as the logo is removed from product listings and country of origin claims elsewhere on the site. The move comes after the Truth in Advertising Watchdog group said it found more than 100 examples of Walmart mislabeling items as "Made in the U.S.A" when they were not. Story
