UK McDonald's to provide wireless charging stations

Similar to Starbucks' (NASDAQ:SBUX) announcement last year that it is providing wireless charging stations in its stores, McDonald's (NYSE:MCD) is providing wireless charging at 50 of its restaurants in the U.K.

After completing a successful pilot in several of its stores in the U.K., the chain has teamed up with wireless charging solution Aircharge to place 600 chargers in more than 50 restaurants.
