Tuesday Morning appoints Advance Auto's Jim Wade to board

Tuesday Morning (NASDAQ:TUES) announced the appointment of Jim Wade, a member of the board of directors and finance committee for Advance Auto Parts (NYSE:AAP), to an independent position with the company's board of directors, in addition to the audit committee, according to a company statement.

Wade has 35 years of retail experience. He joined Advance Auto Parts in 1994 as treasurer and retired as president in 2011. He also sits on the board of directors and audit committee for Lumber Liquidators (NYSE:LL), the largest specialty retailer of hardwood flooring in North America.
