True Religion Appoints John Ermatinger as Chief Executive Offer

VERNON, Calif.--()--True Religion Apparel, Inc. today announced that John Ermatinger has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Current CEO, David Conn, is stepping down. Mr. Ermatinger, a seasoned executive who has been serving as True Religion's Interim SVP of Global Sourcing and Production, will build on the strategic initiatives that have been implemented since TowerBrook's acquisition in July 2013 and will guide the company into its next phase of development.

John Anderson, Chairman of the True Religion Board of Directors, said: "John is a seasoned industry veteran who will lead True Religion towards more accelerated growth. Mr. Ermatinger has served as the CEO of Tommy Hilfiger (Asia Pacific), President of Gap Inc. (Asia Pacific), President of the Americas for Levi Strauss & Co., as well as General Manager of Nike (Asia Pacific).
