Trademark Property hires GGP exec

Trademark Property announced a new VP of mall and lifestyle leasing on July 28. Former General Growth Properties executive David E. Pratt will assume the role, in which he will be responsible for leasing the company's lifestyle centers and malls.

Pratt brings 27 years of retail leasing experience to Trademark, 15 of which were spent with GGP, where he acted as senior director and VP of leasing since 1999. He also acted as director of leasing for The RREEF Funds—currently Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management—and senior leasing representative for Jones Lang Wooten Realty Advisors.

"David has a very strong background in retail leasing of top properties to top luxury and aspirational brands and will bring an added level of expertise to Trademark, said Trademark CEO Terry Montesi. "We are pleased to have him join our team as we continue to grow and improve our service to our partners and clients." Story
