TJX (NYSE:TJX) is putting a new twist on customer service for the holidays. The company announced yesterday, Nov. 25, that it is launching it's first-ever Holiday Hotline for TJ Maxx and Marshall's shoppers to call and receive personalized gift-giving advice.
The call center will kick off on Dec. 3 and be live for four days until Dec. 6. The company has enlisted the help of 14 fashion experts, authors and bloggers to provide one-on-one consultations and share gift suggestions and holiday ideas. E! celebrity TV host Giuliana Rancic will be one of the gifting experts, along with bestselling author, Jene Luciani, style expert and author of The Cheap Chica's Guide to Style, Lilliana Vazquez and founder of SheFinds.com, Michelle Madhok.
The hotline can be accessed by dialing 1-855-404-gift and will be staffed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST during the four-day window.
