Target Will Up mCommerce Investment

Mobile is a "game changer" for Target (NYSE: TGT), and the international retailer will invest significant dollars in mobile commerce in the foreseeable future, Target Chief Information Officer Beth Jacob told ZDNet. An impressive 30 percent of Target's digital traffic is mobile.
