Talbots partners with Oprah Magazine

Talbots has partnered with O, The Oprah Magazine, for a limited collection that will benefit charity Dress for Success.

The plan is for a multiplatform promotion that included a limited edition capsule collection designed in collaboration with the magazine's creative director Adam Glassman.

Glassman also styled the editorial spread scheduled to run in O Magazine's March issue.

The O Magazine for Talbots collection will be available in more than 500 Talbots stores, online and in the catalog. Thirty percent of all proceeds will go to Dress for Success, and any unsold merchandise will be donated to the program.

The collection will be available Feb. 22, and the retailer will host an in-store event during that time while promotions will run in the magazine and through social media.

Talbots has a long history of working with the charity, but this is its first Dress for Success partnership with O Magazine.
