Starbucks' Secret Menu beckons a younger customer base

Starbucks (NYSE: SBUX) has plenty of beverages that aren't listed on its store menus or company website, but are driving big business for the cult-favorite coffee chain nonetheless. Many are aimed at younger, social media savvy consumers.

The Starbucks Secret Menu contains specialty drinks such as the Twix Frappuccino, Raspberry Cheesecake Mocha Frappuccino, Thin Mint Frappuccino, Cotton Candy Frappuccino and Cake Batter Frappuccino that the chain makes but doesn't advertise to the public. Instead, customers are enticed to learn about them via social media or word of mouth. These secret menu items at Starbucks are unofficial, but some are so commonly ordered by those "in the know" that some baristas will serve them up without question. Story
