Spotlight: Stores and malls will survive in the digital era

The relevance of physical retail has been questioned repeatedly in the digital retail era, but now the drum is beating in favor of stores as the demise of brick and mortar has been greatly exaggerated.

"There is no question there is a lot of change," Taubman Centers COO Bill Taubman said at the International Council of Shopping Centers annual convention last week.
