Spotlight: Hy-Vee to test in-store clothing boutique

The Twin Cities Hy-Vee location will begin testing the sale of clothing this week. The 3,300-sq.-ft. F&F boutique will be part of the supermarket's 91,000-sq.-ft. store in Lakeville, Minnesota, and will sell men's, women's and children's clothing along with shoes and accessories from the British brand. The location is a $29-million project focused around convenience and also offers shoppers a juice and smoothie island, bagel shop and made-to-order Mexican food. Read more.
