Southwest Airlines Adds Free Messaging

Soon after the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved the use of mobile devices in air when planes are below 10,000 feet, Southwest Airlines is allowing its passengers to communicate without paying for a full Internet connection via a new service.
