Samsung's smart signage aims to transform shopping

Large, connected display panels were debuted and demonstrated by Samsung Electronics during the recent IFA consumer electronics show in Berlin, according to WhowiredKorea. The 55-inch transparent OLED is the first transparent display panel for commercial use. It allows for the streaming of content, but doesn't block the shopper's view of what's behind the screen, and has built-in speakers. Samsung also showed a 65-inch, high resolution signage in a retailer apparel environment. Story
