Retailers will have to adapt to Cybrid shoppers

Cybrids, the new name for the younger generation of millennial shoppers, are a tough group of customers for retailers to harness. They have less brand loyalty, shop odd hours of the night, are conservative with purchasing, and were practically born computer savvy.
