Retailers' mobile platforms not holiday ready

Heading into the holiday season, most retailers believe they are not outfitted to be competitive in the mobile commerce space. According to the eBay Enterprise 2014 Holiday Retail Audit, 68 percent of retailers said they had no plans for new or continued mobile investments for the remainder of the year.
