RadioShack selling $50M in real estate

RadioShack is selling $50 million worth of real estate in order to pay back creditors. The property sales to two real estate investors—$39.29 million for properties in Fort Worth and Woodland, California, and $11.4 million for a property in Hagerstown, Maryland—was approved by a judge this week. The recently bankrupt company is looking to raise funds and sold intellectual property, including the brand's name and select customer data, for just over $26 million last month. Story
