Millennials want a hands-on shopping experience

Millennials are interested in a consultant or expert to enhance their shopping experience, according to a LoyaltyOne U.S. consumer survey. Across several industry verticals, including beauty, apparel and food, shoppers ages 18 to 29 showed interest in in-store sessions to motivate them to shop a specific brand or store.
