Macy's Lundgren declares Thanksgiving Day hours a success

More than 15,000 shoppers lined up at Macy's Herald Square flagship for the store opening at 6 p.m. This was Macy's first Thanksgiving Day opening and the high turnout confirmed CEO Terry Lundgren's decision to do so.
