Lululemon hires VP of culture, talent from Nike

Lululemon named Nike's Gina Warren as exec-VP of culture and talent, reporting directly to Lululemon CEO Laurent Potdevin. She will lead all people practices, including health and wealth, recruitment, and learning and development for all retail and support functions.

Warren most recently led Nike's global diversity and inclusion team from 2002 to 2014. For three years prior, she was director of Nike's global community affairs and the Nike Foundation.

During her time at Nike, Warren started the inaugural Global Cultural Assessments, helped establish the Global Women's Leadership Council, launched women's leadership conferences, and oversaw the employee resource networks.

"I am thrilled to welcome Gina, who will work hand-in-hand with our people globally," Potdevin said. "A true visionary with an exceptional track record that speaks for itself, Gina is joining us to drive our culture and people forward, and attract and develop incredible talent as we continue to shape a workplace that most people only dream of."

Prior to Nike, Warren directed community relations at Levi Strauss and Co. and its foundation. She also worked at AT&T and for its foundation in community relations and human resources. Press Release
