Loehmann's Assets, Leases Sold at Auction

Loehmann's store leases, intellectual property assets and customer lists were purchased in a two-day auction held in New York City on Jan. 3 and 4, according to court documents filed Monday. Bankruptcy papers show that Madison Capital Holdings won the bidding for the 39 store leases, while Esopus Creek Value Series Fund LP was the successful bidder for the intellectual property assets.
