Less than 40% of Web traffic comes from humans

Global Web traffic has increased sharply over the past few years, but how much of that traffic is actually human?

Not even half, according to Statista. More than 60 percent of Web site traffic can be traced back to bots that automatically browse websites, some from good bots, such as Google, and some from bad, including spam bots and scrapers. Just 38.5 percent of Web traffic comes from people. Chart
