Kohl's (NYSE:KSS) is reaping the digital rewards of its omnichannel initiatives this holiday season as shoppers visited the website and availed themselves of new digital features by the millions.
Kohl's website garnered more than 600 million page views and received excess of 3 million customer orders. Mobile was also strong with more than 5 million app visits.
Investment in the Yes2You Rewards program also paid off as more than 70 percent of all online orders were placed by loyalty program members. Early indications show new omnichannel fulfillment programs are proving popular—roughly 25 percent of online orders are expected to be fulfilled by stores, either through buy online and pick up in-store (BOPIS) or ship from store.

Kohl's was also the most talked about company on social media leading up to Thanksgiving, according to Shareablee's Social Scorecard.
President and CEO Kevin Mansell promised shoppers a new holiday shopping experience from Kohl's this year, one that is "faster, more convenient and more inspiring than ever before. Our customers will find a personalized and engaging shopping experience in store and across all devices, an extensive assortment of sought-after national and private brands for the entire family, and incredible savings opportunities throughout the season."
