Hailing A Taxi, Mobile App Style

A mobile app has tried to attack the challenges of hailing a taxi by automatically identifying where the shopper is and dispatching a taxi to that location. Better yet, it allows tracking so that the customer knows exactly when the taxi will arrive. In a rainstorm, why leave the dry and warm hotel lobby until the exact second you need to? The app also pays for the ride—tip, too—so that's something that doesn't need doing while in the cab. Story
