FTC again rejects Staples-Office Depot merger

The second time around was not the charm for Staples' and Office Depot's proposed merger. The Federal Trade Commission again rejected the companies' proposal, in spite of Staples' offer to forfeit $1.25 billion worth of commercial contact.
