Laura brings nearly two decades of experience as a reporter on mass-market retail trends and initiatives to the FierceRetail team. Throughout the course of her career, she has written for major retail news outlets including Discount Store News/Retailing Today, Drug Store News, Grocery Headquarters, Chain Store Age, Consumer Electronics Daily, Home Channel News, License! Global and Shopper Marketing Magazine. She has appeared on national TV and radio programs discussing retail trends including ABC News Now and National Public Radio. In addition, her blog – "The Point of Purchase" — currently appears on Forbes.com.
Laura will be joining current Editor, Nicole Melton, in contributing to the daily coverage here at FierceRetail and will be leading the charge over at FierceMobileRetail and StorefrontBacktalk as well. She'll also be working to develop some new content features that will bring you even more in-depth coverage of the major issues and trending topics in the industry.
