Express to expand outlet stores

Outlet stores are the future for fashion retailer Express. During a conference reviewing the company's 2014 earnings, executives announced that the brand would focus on outlets, after closing 32 brand name stores last year. Express operates 41 outlet stores and plans on reaching a total of 150 locations with a focus on cheaper merchandise in the next few years. The company's outlet stores have exceeded expectations and continue to do well. Story
