Edible Arrangements names new CFO

Edible Arrangements International named Tony DiPippa CFO as the former CFO, George Wilson, moves over to support the company's founder and CEO, Tariq Farid.

"George played a critical role in helping me grow Edible Arrangements into an industry leader, and will now play a similar role in the growth of our early-stage businesses," Farid said.

Wilson will help Farid as the company plans to significantly increase Edible Arrangements' global presence.

The new CFO, DiPippa, joins Edible Arrangements after serving as CFO for Cache, a mall-based retailed. He also had financial positions at Procter & Gamble and leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet.

DiPippa was VP of North American finance for Godiva Chocolatier, where he was involved in the successful sale of the company. He was also CFO at WB Mason, a privately-held office products company, when sales reached $1.2 billion.

"Tony brings us a deep and diverse level of experience and expertise needed as we embark on a new era of significant expansion worldwide," said Robert Price, Edible Arrangements president. Press Release
