EBay officially splits with Enterprise

EBay Enterprise is now a private company following the formal split from parent company eBay. The buyers, Sterling Partners and Palmira Funds, have begun breaking up the business, creating a unit that manages e-commerce activities for retailers including Abercrombie & Fitch and Zales. Story
