eBay Enterprise now Radial

EBay Enterprise has merged with Innotrac to create a new type of enterprise as an omnichannel commerce technology and solutions provider called Radial.

EBay Enterprise was sold by eBay Inc. (NASDAQ:EBAY) in November and began integrating its business with Innotrac. This week, the integration is complete and includes a new look and feel that underscores the new company's mission and dedication to working with retailers to create consistent and profitable omnichannel experiences for consumers.

Radial will provide technology solutions across channels, serving online and brick-and-mortar operations. Services include order management, payment processing, fulfillment and supply chain, fraud protection and customer care.

The company already counts DSW, GameStop, Shoe Carnival and Destination XL as customers.

"Despite allocating significant resources to omnichannel, many retailers have not evolved fast enough to keep pace with their customers' demands and expectations," said Tobias Hartmann, president of Radial. "Radial empowers brands to take down the 'walls' between their physical and digital stores, giving them an advantage to acquiring and retaining customers by delivering the type of personalized experiences that keep them coming back for more."
