and chief marketing officer of Walgreens. She had

>Nick Padovano has been named head of operations and supply chain at Lowe's Canada. He had been senior vice president, store operations at The Bay/Lord and Taylor.

>Tracy Bahl has been named executive vice president, health plans at CVS. He had been CEO of the Uniprise division at UnitedHealth Group.

>Patrick F. McGuiness has resigned from his position as chief financial officer at Tiffany's effective Nov. 27. The company's executive vice president and chief operating officer, James Fernandez, will assume the position of CFO on an interim basis.
