> Signet Jewelers announced that Theo Killion, CEO of the company's Zale division, will resign at the end of July. George Murray, Signet's chief integration management officer, was promoted to president of the Zale division and will succeed Killion. Press release
> Julep Beauty hired Dwight Gaston as its chief delivery officer. He joins the company from online jeweler retailer Blue Nile, where he spent 15 years in executive roles. Press release
> Same-day delivery startup Deliv appointed Jeff Helms as head of delivery operations. He joins from Amazon where he launched the first Amazon Logistics Delivery Stations in North America. Press release
> Ronald Ristau, chief financial officer at Signet Jewelers, announced his resignation effective July 31, 2014. Michele Santana, Signet's senior VP and controller, will succeed him. Press release
> Tesco announced that Neela Mukherjee, its U.K. general merchandise director, left the company in early June. Robin Terrell, group multichannel director, has taken control of the general merchandise and grocery home shopping categories. Story
> Marks & Spencer announced several changes to its executive team responsibilities. Laura Wade-Gery, executive director multi-channel takes on responsibility for U.K. retail; Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne, already executive director of marketing and business development, takes control of the international business; and Costas Antimissaris, currently business development director of international, has been appointed international director.
