> Guillaume Jesel has been named to the newly created position of senior vice president/general manager, global corporate innovation at Estée Lauder Companies. Jesel will transition from his current role as senior vice president, global and North America marketing for M·A·C Cosmetics to his new position, effective March 31, 2014. Press release

> Michael Culhane has resigned as CFO of Hudson's Bay Company. Donald Watros, president of HBC, has assumed the role of acting CFO. Press release

> Kevin Lyons has been promoted to senior vice president, e-commerce at h.h. gregg. Lyons joined h.h. gregg in May 2013 as vice president, e-commerce. Press release

> Laura Elkins has been named senior vice president, global and North American marketing at MAC Cosmetics. Elkins was formerly senior vice president of retail marketing for Ralph Lauren Corp. Source

> Denise Incandela has been named president of global digital and global e-commerce at Ralph Lauren Corp. Incandela, formerly executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Saks, will replace Eric Korman, who will be leaving the company following a transition period. Source

> Jeremy Darroch has been appointed to the board of directors at Burberry as a non-executive director. Darroch is CEO of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc, a position he has held since 2007 having joined the company as CFO in 2004. Press release
