> Raj Jain has been named CEO of Bharti Retail. He had been president of Walmart India.

> David Woodley has been named executive vice president of sales and marketing at Sheetz convenience stores. He had been VP of sales and marketing there. Louie Sheetz will be stepping down after 36 years with the company but will remain on the board of directors.

> Jeremy Aguilar has resigned as chief financial officer of HH Gregg where he had served for eight years. Andrew Giesler, SVP of finance, will assume CFO responsibilities on an interim basis.
