Chipotle to hire 4,000 employees in one day

Chipotle will hold its first-ever National Career Day on Sept. 9, with the goal of hiring 4,000 new employees. Every U.S. location will hold open interviews for up to 60 applicants between 8-11 a.m. In the past year, the quick-service restaurant has promoted 10,000 team members, who started as hourly crew, into management roles.
