Is Chipotle adding seafood to the menu?

Fish tacos, anyone? A Chipotle exec attending this week's Seafood Expo hinted that the fast-casual chain could be cooking up new menu options that involve seafood.

Joshua Brau, director of the Food With Integrity program at Chipotle, said that the company is working on new concepts "that have very limited either fish bases or fish sauce or actual seafood options."

Chipotle's menu has practically been the same since it was founded in 1993. Last year, the chain tested "Sofritas," a vegetarian option made from shredded non-GMO organic tofu. Story
