Chico's talks buyout

Women's apparel retailer Chico's is considering a possible buyout after being approached by several private equity firms, including Sycamore Partners. Sycamore has made an offer to Chico's while the retailer continues to talk to other bidders. The retailer and private equity firm were in talks back in February over a plan to help secure debt financing, but a deal could not be reached. Story
