BJ's Wholesale Won't Buy Hess Gas Stations After All

Earlier this month, it was reported that BJ's Wholesale Club Inc. may be looking to acquire over 1,300 Hess (NYSE: HES) gas stations. That deal is officially off the table now that Hess Corp. has announced it will sell its commercial fuels business to Sprague Resources LP. According to Sprague Resources, the transaction will be finalized prior to the end of this year. The price of the transaction has not yet been disclosed. Story
