Bed Bath & Beyond is facing two lawsuits related to overtime pay.

Bed Bath & Beyond is being sued for shorting employees their overtime pay. The suit, filed in New Jersey and elsewhere, says employees were paid under a fluctuating OT deal that penalized them by reducing their hourly overtime rate the more hours they worked. In a second suit, department managers and assistant managers are claiming they were paid less money for overtime hours worked because the company applied a fluctuating workweek requirement on them even though their schedules remained the same.
