Apple, Barnes & Noble, Lululemon have worst return policies

While there are several retailers that offer hassle-free return policies, there are also those who make it more difficult for the consumers. Apple, Barnes & Noble and Lululemon offer just 14 days for shoppers to return purchases, and Best Buy allows 15 for most products. Also on the more challenging side are Forever 21, with a 21-day return period, and GameStop and Sears, which offer 30 days and only with a receipt. Although some of these retailers extend that policy over the holiday season, easy, free returns are becoming increasingly important as more and more shopping takes place online. Story
