Amazon attempts to slow down shipping

It seems Amazon Prime may be too successful and in need of a slowdown. The free, two-day delivery service recently raised the price of an annual subscription from $79 to $99. And now the retailer is offering a $1 credit toward Amazon Instant Video for Prime members willing to wait five to seven days to receive their shipment.
