18% of shoppers would hit stores Christmas Day if retailers opened

When LoyaltyOne Consulting asked 1,267 U.S. shoppers what they would do if retailers opened their doors at 6 p.m. on Christmas, 18 percent responded that they would use the extra time to shop and return gifts.
