EBay has announced price matching with money back for all U.S. shoppers. Promising the lowest price on thousands of items, eBay will honor a product's price if it is listed for less on a competitor's website.

The Best Price Guarantee program applies to more than 100,000 items on the marketplace. In order to get money back, customers must bring the competitor's price to customer service within 48 hours of the original purchase on eBay. Then, eBay will issue a coupon for 110% of the difference upon confirmation.

"Best Price Guarantee is an evolution of eBay’s Price Match Guarantee program," a spokesperson from eBay told FierceRetail. "Now, the program covers more than 100,000 items featured in Deals and Top Products and we are giving customers 110% of the price difference, where before we were just matching the price. These changes will make it easier than ever before for customers to shop with confidence on eBay, knowing they are getting the lowest price out there."
