Jack is responsible for the expansion of the sales department’s infrastructure, driving revenue growth, and improving the overall quality of service delivered to B2B marketers in Fierce’s targeted industry verticals. He also oversees the Telecommunications and Technology Publishers and their respective revenue and editorial teams. He brings more than 15 years of executive sales/business development leadership experience in both traditional and interactive media.
Fordi spent seven years as Vice President of Sales and Sales Ops for SmartBrief, Inc., an online media firm providing vertical news services to 3 million+ individual business readers with 1200+ advertisers. Prior to SmartBrief, he served as Sales Director with a division of Gannett Co., Inc. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales with Intralinks in New York City, a technology provider of inter-enterprise collaboration solutions serving investment banks and the fortune 500. He began his career with Phillips Business Information, (now Access Intelligence).
Jack earned a BS in Business Administration and Economics from Elon University. He lives in DC with his wife and two small children.
