She began her career covering the retail and consumer electronics industries for leading B2B publications including Discount Store News/Retailing Today, Drug Store News, Grocery Headquarters, Chain Store Age, Consumer Electronics Daily, Home Channel News, License! Global and Shopper Marketing Magazine. She has appeared on national TV and radio programs discussing retail trends including ABC News Now and National Public Radio. Jacqueline Renfrow is the Editor of FierceRetail. She has been working in B2B and custom publications since 2008 in the health, marketing and retail industries. Before that, she worked at several local magazines in the Los Angeles area covering everything from arts, entertainment and food, to interior design, fitness and business profiles. She has extensive experience interviewing high level executives from both national and international companies. Renfrow received her master's in journalism from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School for Communication and her bachelor's degree from Tufts University.

Allison Moon is the associate editor for FierceRetail, FierceMobileRetail and FierceRetailIT. Prior to joining Fierce, Allison held several communication and media internships at non-profit organizations, including Dayton Children's Hospital and Lakeside Chautauqua, in Ohio. She received her B.A. and M.A. in communication at the University of Dayton.
